Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email us at Exoticsarvinde@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
