Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping times & rates
Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Lost or stolen packages
EXOTICS ARVIND LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
